Our efforts, throughout the year, are aimed at minimizing the errors of execution that could affect the quality of the oil, even if these defects would not be perceived to the taste.

Lovers of the best oil selections recognize our oil exceptional organoleptic characteristics (flavor, aromas, spiciness) that highlight the generosity of our Terroir. The main varieties of olive trees from which our production comes are: Frantoio, Leccino and Maurino.
