The olive tree finds perfect properties on our own land: a mild and breezy climate, a bright light, sweet, well-drained slopes of a South / South West orientation, a water supply sufficient to prevent the risk of drought and hydric stress. The remoteness of the sea and the altitude (between 150 and 250 m) protects us from the attack of olive fly, a permanent risk of olive oil degradation in coastal and low altitude. The essence of our land is found concentrated and sublimated in our olive oil. Its aroma is intense and unique.
